GUARANTEE FOR GRAND MARIN PRODUCTS:

1. The manufacturer guarantees that each inflatable boat and the equipment attached to it is manufactured without manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid only when the Goods were purchased from the seller specified in the Dealers list.

2. The warranty came into force from the moment of sale of the boat with receipt of the completed warranty certificate, which will determine the Product by its serial number. This warranty is in accordance with the following:
• on fabric of a cylinder and other inflatable elements of the boat, the guarantee against cracking, porosity and decay is provided:
• 5 years PVC;
• 10 years HYPALON;
• The product as a whole have a 2-year warranty.

3. Due to the fact that this warranty is valid only in case of a manufacturing defect, it is not applicable to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by the following reasons:
• non-compliance by the owner of the boat with instructions of the manufacturer for operation and maintenance;
• operation of boats with increased loads, participation or preparation for races or competitions of another kind;
• improper storage of the boat, which led to traces of caking, mold and / or decay, lack of maintenance;
• mechanical damage to the boat;
• changes in boat construction, installation of additional elements on the structure, or removal by persons, who were unaccredited;
• damage to the hull or elements of the boat associated with the use of chemical liquids.

4. This warranty does not cover incidental or indirect costs such as boat transportation, launching, towing, storage, any communication costs, or rental of funds, waste of time, loss, or other consequential damages. Warranty service does not include the cost of accidents or their consequences.

5. The method of repair and its location are determined by the official representative. The owner pays the costs associated with transportation to the place of repair.

6. In case that the manufacturer’s fault is established, manufacturer is obliged to eliminate the faults (defects) on the product within the stipulated time limits with the drawing up of the complaint settlement act. In this case, the material costs for troubleshooting are borne by the manufacturer.

7. If it is determined that the malfunction and (or) defects occurred due to the owner’s fault, the manufacturer reserves the right to revoke the warranty obligations to the consumer. In this case, the elimination of faults, defects and damage is done by mutual agreement of the parties and paid by the owner.

8. Boats are accepted for warranty, after-warranty repair and after-sales service only in a dry and clean form.

9. During the warranty period for the boat, the warranty obligations for the parts replaced under the guarantee is retained until the expiration of the period established for the boat.

GUARANTEE FOR OUTBOARD BOAT MOTORS:

Warranty period for YAMAHA outboard motors:
• Personal use: 24 months
• Commercial exploitation: 6 months
The program «1PLUS» – extension of the warranty period up to 12 months for free, with a limit of 100 m/h. Only clients of the «GERMANTON» company can participate in this program in cases when all planned maintenance is completed during scheduled maintenance.

Warranty period for outboard MERCURY outboard motors:
• 5 years

In case of warranty repair, the warranty period is extended for the time the engine is in repair.
Details on the warranty can be found in the user manual.
The warranty for boat motors is only applicable if they have been installed, put into exploitation and serviced by distributor-certified companies.

GUARANTEE FOR BOAT TRAILERS:

Manufacturer «КИЯШКО» guarantees the correct operation of the trailer for 12 months from the date of purchase only if the user complies with all requirements and recommendations. In the event of any damage to the trailer and components during the warranty period, which occurred due to the manufacturer’s fault, the manufacturer undertakes to fix them without additional payment by the buyer.
The warranty does not apply to wheels, incl. bearings installed in the wheel hubs.
The warranty does not apply to trailers if:
• the trailer was damaged as a result of non-compliance by the consumer with the requirements of operation;
• the trailer was damaged as a result of a road accident;
• the first trailer maintenance was not performed by the manufacturer;
• changes have been made to the trailer construction;
• the weight of the load placed on the trailer was greater than specified in the passport.
Production is fully CERTIFIED, which ensures the issuance of a full package of documents for the released trailer. Within 10 calendar days from the date of issuance of the documents, it is necessary to register the vehicle at the service centers of Ministry of Internal Affairs.

GUARANTEE FOR ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT:

All installed additional equipment in our service centers: chart plotters, echo sounders, music systems, are guaranteed by the manufacturer from 6 to 24 months, depending on the brand and model. Check with your dealer for details.
